In this series we will be re-creating this image of a girl with her spirit bear, some may decide to change her hair colors. We will be learning techniques in portrait painting and dramatic lighting. We will also dive into painting flowers and extracting all the detail and lighting effects that make them soft and full in 3d space. Thursday series is reserved for slightly older group starting at age 8, we do a bit more advanced projects and give the older kids a day that they don't have the younger ones in the mix. In this fun series we will be experimenting with needle felting, drawing, watercolour pencils and painting. Children will learn about different brushes, colour theory, washes, and layering techniques. Step-by-step instructions will be offered to create a realistic needle felting sculpture where children will learn the basics of needle felting and techniques for making desired creatures. ​ Join us in the art adventure of a life time! **Location change: Please note that Art Adventures is moving to a new and exciting location!
